Message from the President:

DTI is proud of the accomplishments it has made in the last 19 years.  We have provided critical threat training equipment to our armed forces, making them better prepared to meet and defeat our enemies.  We provided the first new Mi-17s ever delivered to Afghanistan and started the maintenance mentoring program there.  We shared the risks of Afghanistan side by side with our U.S. soldiers, while receiving far less credit and support for our work.

We are equally proud of the stances DTI has taken to promote the integrity of the U.S. Army, Redstone Arsenal contracting system.  We were the first to report the corrupt practices at the Army's Non-Standard Rotor Wing Program Office, which started an investigation that led to multiple federal charges and convictions of US Army officials.  We were the first to report the improper contracting and subcontracting by this office to SESI, Inc. and Avia Baltica, which was later confirmed by IG investigations.  While DTI suffered, and is still suffering retaliation, for these actions it is better to lose business than be morally bankrupt.

DTI is committed to providing good work at a fair price.  More importantly, we are committed to doing the right thing at all times, regardless of the cost.   We look forward to another 19 years of successfully supporting the Department of Defense.
